Corporate Solutions and its partners use a range of courier
companies and Australia Post to deliver your item to your door.

All our
shipments can be tracked (unless stated) and originate within
Australia.

Many of our
packages are sent via a next day or express service so you receive them
quickly.

Your order
will be delivered to the address specified in eBay between 9am
and 5pm Monday to Friday. The address must be attended for
delivery as signature may be required.

For large
items (with boxed or palletised dimensions in the range of TVs,
Fridges and Washing Machines) the delivering company or courier
will require physical assistance. Make sure able bodied persons are available for the delivery.

Please allow a reasonable amount of time
for items to be delivered. In most cases you delivery will be at
your door within 2 - 4 working days. International orders take around 14 days for delivery.

The buyer is
responsible for shipping charges.

Shipping
cost is described in the item description or can be found by
entering your postcode in the postage calculator supplied in the
item description. If no postage cost or calculator appears the
cost can be provided upon application.

Buyer incurs
any additional freight charges including redelivery or
redirection.

The buyer is
responsible for any and all customs/duty charges when goods are
sent to the buyers international delivery address. This amount
is not paid to racs_aus, but to the required customs office in
the buyers country.

Replacements
for lost, stolen, or damaged items - We guarantee all our
orders. If your order is declared lost, stolen or damaged beyond
use by the courier company, we will ship a replacement order,
suitable substitute or full refund. Please be aware that freight
investigations can take up to 45 days to complete with a
declaration.

Shipping and
Handling Refunds - The shipping and handling charged with your
order is a non-refundable cost, unless the item you purchased
was listed incorrectly online or you were shipped a different
product than you ordered (miss-ship)

Pickups are
not possible unless clearly stated in the item description due
to our products being shipped directly from multiple vendors or
secure locations.

Freight
costs and shipment methods are not negotiable. Bidder's can
reserve their right not to bid on Retail & Corporate Solutions
items if they believe the freight charge is not competitive.
