Bid With Confidence links are provided by racs_aus (Retail and Corporate Solutions) on product listings and item descriptions as a brief outline of certain specifications and features very common to all products and applicable to that specific item. The list below explains all headings and conditions we use under the Bid With Confidence heading. Remember that only headings in your specific auction apply to the purchase.
RACS provides a
money back guarantee that the product advertised is the genuine original
manufactured article.
racs_aus guarantees that the item will be as described and in a working condition upon receipt and can be returned to racs_aus for a full refund if it fails to function as descriebed within the first 7 days. Please note that this does not apply to items covered by the manufacturer warranty.
C-Tick - Australian Compliance
The C-Tick
and other compliance for Australian sale apply. The item will have the required tick on
the box (when original) and often on the item near the serial number. These compliance ticks
appear on products that are required to comply with Australian
electromagnetic compatibility requirements and radio communications
standards, set by the ACA. It signifies that the product may be legally sold in

proforma invoice on request for large or high value purchases.
The computer, PDA or other IT item comes with an operating
system preinstalled.
30 Day RACS IT
Warranty Cover – If the IT product fails during the 30 day warranty
period Retail & Corporate Solutions will repair or replace the
product to the original described specifications. Customers must
return the product at their cost to the RACS Warranty Centre.
The mobile phone
listed for sale with this heading has no network locks and can be used
with any SIM card compatible with the appropriate network standard. It is important that you check the compatibility of

A phone with this condition is only able
to use sim cards of the listed network service provider. Traditionally phone carriers (also called service providers) pay
manufacturers to lock a telephone handset to their network, to secure
sales and force customers to remain faithful. These phones are very
often unlockable for a small price through the network provider or even
an online or local phone shop. racs_aus does not offer an unlocking service for phones listed as locked. Some locked phones may be completely blocked to work on only the said network service provider. See our

No Contract, Just Insert Your SIM

listed for sale is not attached to any contract or agreement, so you can insert your
SIM card and start making calls without any obligations. You will need a simcard,
which is provided by your chosen service provider.
Australian Model With Manufacturer Warranty

sale is covered by the Australian manufacturer’s warranty. This warranty may not be valid internationally, so check with your local warranty when shopping from racs_aus.

Same Day Dispatch Money Back Guarantee
Goods are guaranteed to be dispatched on the same day that cleared funds are received into Retail and Corporate Solutions bank account and matched to your purchase, or you will receive $10.00 back! Please note funds deposited into RACS' bank account can take up to two working days to clear.
This guarantee is only available to customers who deposit the exact required funds (to the cent, with the required freight included) and with their eBay User ID as a reference. This guarantee does not apply to PayPal purchases due to the often erratic payment clearing.
Australia Variant Money Back Guarantee

Solutions guarantee that the asset listed for sale is the
Australian variant and not and import or copy and will provide a full
refund if the product does not have the ACA Tick.
When buyers
purchase items from racs_aus which are located in Australia, the items will
not be subject to customs or duty charges when shipped to your Australian address. Purchases made from
eBay sellers not located in the same country as you will often be subject to local GST (or other Sales Tax),
duty and/or customs charges. It is standard practise for all customs and/or duty charges to be paid by the receiver on arrival. It is also important to note that the product will often not be covered by local manufacturer's
